Who will update the site? If you wish to update it yourself, do you understand how to write or edit HTML code, upload files via FTP, etc?

Do you have files such as your logo, photos, etc? Are they in a format that is easily e-mailed or shared? Are they in a "ready-to-go" format, or will they require extensive formatting or redesign to use in the website?

Do you already have company description, “who we are”, history of company, welcoming statements, product descriptions, etc? If not, do you need that provided by us?

Along the way, I will need you to approve the website design or changes. Will you be reasonably available to review the progression of the site, recommend changes or offer approval? If not, is there someone who may do so in your place?

When does this site need to be online? Is there a deadline?

Do you have hosting in mind for the site? Do we need to find hosting for you?

How will you market the site after it is completed? How will you let others know that you have a website and draw them to it?
